I’ve been coming to Firestone for years, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Brian. He is an amazing manager who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. No matter which Firestone location he’s worked at, he’s always provided me with outstanding service, honest recommendations, and a genuinely friendly attitude. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Brian does. He takes the time to explain everything, answers any questions I have, and always makes me feel confident that my vehicle is in good hands. His professionalism and dedication are the reason I continue coming back to Firestone. Thank you, Brian, for always providing exceptional customer service. Firestone is lucky to have you!

After 25k miles I figured I was overdue for an alignment and decided to bring it in. Ended up worse off than before. The only positive is my time slot was respected and was out within 45 minutes or so. I mentioned that the steering wheel was slightly off, and the guy running the counter said it would be "PERFECT" after they were done...Upon paying the sales guy didn't offer to show me the before & after, so I asked and was told for some reason it isn't showing the before. Not useful as I now have no idea what my numbers were and if I could of just paid for an alignment check vs $250. -It is now perfectly crooked and even worse than before. -My car now drifts to the right and has a strong tire noise. -The car itself is now giving me an alert to service it (it wasn't prior). I then called the next day and asked for a refund, was told Brian would reach out within the hour. That never happened and I ended up calling back to try again. No luck with a refund as the service was performed, and used the lifetime guarantee so that they could get it done right. I can't keep taking time out of my day to allow you the place to get it right. Do it right the first time.

I had all four tires replaced at Firestone, and the experience was outstanding. Brian, the manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care of me from start to finish. He made sure everything was explained clearly and helped me get a great price on my tires. The entire team of technicians was excellent—fast, reliable, and professional. They completed the work quickly without sacrificing quality, and the service exceeded my expectations. It’s great to find honest and dependable people who truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this Firestone location to anyone looking for quality automotive service. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need any work done on my vehicle. We have been waiting over an hour for a single tire change while multiple employees were sitting on their phones doing nothing. When we first arrived, there were no customers ahead of us, and the workers were literally sitting around in the waiting area until they saw us walk in. The waiting area was terrible too. They have a fridge that should at least have water for customers, but it was completely empty. After waiting forever, I tried to make coffee and there wasn’t any coffee either. What made it worse was the woman who was supposed to give us our keys back. Instead of helping us, she stood there having a personal conversation with someone for another 10 minutes while we just kept waiting. It wasn’t even work related. Absolutely terrible customer service. Nobody should take this long to change one tire, especially when the shop isn’t even busy. This location seriously needs better management.

Took our vehicle in for an oil change on 01/04/2026. When we received the vehicle back after service, the passenger side wheels AND tires had extreme damage to them. When trying to come to a conclusion on how this will be fixed and handled we were met with no answers and have been ghosted from the company completely. They admitted fault, but will not fix the aftermath of their negligence and expect us to be without a vehicle for however long they desire. The manager of this location treated our situation as if he did not care and we were inconveniencing him, even though his shop caused damage to our vehicle that was in for a simple service. Extremely unprofessional business that does not care about their customers.
